By accessing or using FYTEFANS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, fans, and content creators (referred to as "Creators").
FYTEFANS is a creative challenge platform where Creators can publish content and participate in challenges, and fans can vote, support their favorite Creators, and purchase items in the Marketplace.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FYTEFANS. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not comply with this requirement.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may register as a Fan or as a Creator. Each role has different access levels and responsibilities within the Platform.
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By publishing content on FYTEFANS, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our Community Guidelines may be removed without notice.
FYTEFANS hosts creative challenges where Creators compete and fans vote using credits. Challenge rules, prizes, and deadlines are defined per challenge. FYTEFANS reserves the right to modify or cancel challenges at its discretion.
Votes are final once submitted. Manipulation of voting (including use of bots, multiple accounts, or coordinated fraud) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
The Platform uses a virtual credit system. Credits can be purchased using real currency via Stripe, our payment processor. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts unless explicitly permitted by the Platform.
The Marketplace allows fans to purchase items offered by Creators. Transactions are processed through Stripe. FYTEFANS acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the physical delivery of items. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@fytefans.com within 7 days of the transaction.

FYTEFANS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FYTEFANS does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYTEFANS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
